Our consortium met online on Monday, February 24, 2025, for SENSOPAD’s first General Assembly, marking the next step in advancing the project’s objectives by sharing key developments and outlining plans for the upcoming months:
- Materials & biosensing advancements – Progress in selecting biological entities and developing electrospun textiles ensures the foundation for safe and effective SENSOPAD materials.
- Microfluidic & g-FET Innovation – Advancements in material characterization and microfluidic assay design are shaping the next generation of in situ monitoring.
- Signal acquisition & data transfer – Efforts are underway to refine the acquisition and transmission of SENSOPAD output signals, ensuring seamless integration.
- Dissemination & Business strategy – Discussions focused on the ongoing research about the analysis of the relevant sensor and health markets, defining a business model, and implementing the project’s dissemination and communication plan to maximize SENSOPAD’s impact.
